Recalls

Find pets overdue for vaccines and remind their owners, on purpose and with a preview.

The Vaccination recalls screen listing overdue pets

  1. 1. Who's due

Overdue pets, who's ready to remind, who's blocked, and who's already been reminded.

  2. 2. Overdue vaccines

Each pet's overdue vaccines and when they were due. Click the pet's name to open the chart.

  3. 3. Eligibility

Ready, Already reminded, or Blocked with the reason, like an opt-out or no working email or mobile number.

  4. 4. Send selected

Tick up to 100 ready pets and send. Sending always asks you to confirm.

Good to know

Sample records, opted-out clients, and repeat sends are blocked automatically. In the demo clinic every row is blocked, because its clients are made up.

A pet drops off once a newer dose of that vaccine is recorded.
