Record a vaccination
Structured vaccination records support certificates, reminders, and overdue-vaccine reporting.
1. Select the vaccine
Open Vaccinations from the patient record or encounter and choose the appropriate vaccine entry.
2. Record administration details
Enter the administered date, manufacturer and lot details when available, route or site, provider, and the next due date.
3. Verify recall and certificate
Confirm the next due date matches clinic protocol. Generate or share a vaccination certificate when the client needs one.
