Search for a pet to read their medical history and add to it.
1. Find a patient
Search by pet or owner name. Their tabs hold SOAP notes, vaccinations, prescriptions, problems, lab results, and procedures, and that's where you add or correct them.

Records are also on each pet's chart, under the Medical Records tab.
